3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are valid only after payment or advance confirmation.
Payments can be made via cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking.
We facilitate bookings; accommodation services are delivered by the Hotel Partner.
4. Rates & Taxes
Displayed rates include base charges; applicable taxes may be added.
Additional services (meals, extras) may incur charges.
Rates are subject to change.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Policies vary by hotel and are displayed at booking.
Non-refundable bookings will not receive refunds.
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Check-In / Check-Out
Times are determined by the hotel.
Early check-in/late check-out may incur extra charges.
Valid government ID is required.
Hotels may deny check-in for safety or policy violations.
7. Occupancy & Guests
Tariffs are based on standard occupancy.
Extra guests or bedding may attract charges.
Excess occupancy may be refused.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests must respect property rules and avoid damage.
Damages will be charged to the guest.
Illegal or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
9. Platform & Hotel Rights
Hotels may cancel/modify bookings due to unforeseen events.
Our liability is limited to the booking amount.
Quality of stay is the responsibility of the Hotel Partner.
10. Relocation Policy
If a confirmed booking cannot be honored, we will arrange similar accommodation or process a refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform belongs to Onyx Destinations. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Puri, Odisha.
14. Amendments
We may update Terms at any time; updated versions will be posted on this site.
